some toddler learning to skate 
someone pushing 30 in a zoom room finds out identity is nothing but an open space
this the back of the boat shaking
morning after i never got my sea legs
saw run the jewels at lollapalooza 2014
walked around the city afterward kept stepping on rakes

my side yard leaf pile the only currency i live by still
how could i know if anything is sunken underneath this still
it's your first job, you probably gonna take a couple from the till
till tomorrow you’re syphoning all that seawater
just to place it on your windowsill
