This transcendent composition emerged out of the Musical Aether as my SC friend Jörg Stohwasser @joerxworx  added his amazingly Sonorous Saxophone to the Setting i created with my ES7 Electric piano.  
And wow! ... something wondrous was created! 😃

Afro house pioneer and globally sought-after DJ/producer Stan Zeff has been instrumental in shaping the trajectory of the genre on both sides of the Atlantic. After gaining a reputation as the trailblazing visionary behind the Shock Sound System at London’s iconic Notting Hill carnival in his native UK, Stan moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2000, swiftly establishing himself as an influential force on the US soulful and Afro house scene. In 2009, he launched the highly respected and long-running Tambor Party, a monthly residency considered one of the best deep, Afro house club experiences. Establishing himself as a curator and tastemaker with a keen instinct for bringing together creative kindred spirits, Stan has introduced the North America and Europe scenes to many underground artists who’ve gone on to wider recognition via his legendary Atlanta-based party. Artists include Black Coffee, Manu, Afro Warriors and Brendon Praise. 

A worthy ambassador for the soulful sounds of Africa, Stan has played numerous renown venues, such as Copacabana and Cielo in New York, Revival Toronto, Smart Bar Chicago and Wildpitch Underground and Domaine both of Atlanta. Stan has also been a fixture at festivals around the globe, including the Afro Soul Festival in Costa Rica, Moving Deep in Amsterdam and Chosen Few in Chicago, where he has played to crowds exceeding 40,000. Other notable events include a collaboration with the Brooklyn-founded collective Daybreaker, where Stan was the headline for several features, including to an audience of 78,000 for the first-ever performance at The Man installation at Burning Man in the Nevada desert.

As a producer, Stan has shared his ethereal, soulful aesthetic spanning seminal record labels such as King Street, Nervous and Yoruba Records, as well as Stan’s own label, Tambor Music. Founded in 2012, the label has become a prominent imprint on the deep scene, with releases from homegrown US talent, African artists and, of course, Stan himself, whose eponymous releases have transformed him into a consistently top-selling producer and regular fixture on Traxsource’s Essential Afro House Charts. The London-born artist has collaborated with many influential names in deep house, including Terry Hunter, Mike Dunn and South Africa’s Toshi.

Stan has dedicated time to curating musical excursions that run the gamut from week-long sea-faring parties, namely the annual Tambor Cruise to holistic dance celebrations. Memorable events include Sacred Sons Convergence men’s retreats, and wellness events like Daybreaker and curating sonic accompaniments for plant medicine ceremonies. All of these festivities seamlessly fuse the healing power of music with physical and spiritual self-care. Stan continues to curate events and foster creative collaborations with fellow artists.

Stan has created seismic shifts, keeping the African-influenced genres of dance, fresh, spiritually-provoking, and, above all, fun. On his mission to spread the Afro house philosophy, Stan isn’t just about the pursuit of the dance, he stands at the intersection of African-influenced music, that incorporates spirituality and movement as a healing ritual, creating a safe space for self-expression and introspection.

There's no doubt about it, Music animates my Soul, and as an enthusiastic student of Life as well as a passionate Improvisational Pianist &  Composer, as far as I'm concerned, our lives would be impoverished without it ! :)  Composing is all about 'Sharing the Joy, Passion and Angst' we experience in Life, as well as connecting with Musicians and 'Creatives' worldwide. This makes it even more wonderful!  That willingness to engage in whatever way makes SC an ever-expanding Movable Feast that nourishes and inspires on so many levels. 

Music Communicates the Emotional and Informational Content and Context of Heart, Mind, Spirit, and Soul. And 'Letting it Flow' is 'Where Its At' as I hear it!  

Over the past few years since becoming part of the SoundCloud Family, my 'Joy in and Passion for' Creative Musical Expression has increased exponentially as has my appreciation of all the wonderfully passionate Musicians and Creatives worldwide who have devoted themselves to Letting It Take Form! 

Here's a bit of a bio, if anyone is interested.  

Somehow, my MUSE got my attention at a tender age. About the time I was completing my Royal Conservatory training. 

My memory being poorer than most, I began improvising in the passages I had forgotten. And while the audience seemed unaware, my teacher chastised me indulgently, saying, "it appears I have a budding composer on my hands"!  And thus began my Odyssey into the wonderful Vibrational world of Sound!:-) In-deed, I have been an ardent, attentive and appreciative acolyte of my Muse ever since. 

During the early 1970s I had the pleasure and honour of a three year friendship and Master Class with the then Octogenarian Composer Manoah Leide-Tedesco , one of Tone Poem giant Richard Strauss` favorite pupils and friend of Maurice Ravel and other 20th century composers such as Stravinsky (whose music he helped popularize). Since then, whether Improvising, listening, studying composition or devoting myself wholly to the visual arts for years at a time, I have been deeply aware that sharing my musical insights , teaching, and or mentoring young aficionados came with the territory!   I love it, although I am afraid that as my consciousness expands...that I know less and less each year! :-)  

The Tonal Oasis called SoundCloud is a fine and wondrous place in oh so many ways.  And with your support and appreciation, I de-Light to share my music with an ever widening audience. I call what i upload ' Sound-Seeds'.  Most of these 'bed tracks' call out to be fleshed out by passionate soloists who somehow Resonate with my Soundz and Ideas.  So please drop me a line, as i am most interested in letting them bear more fruit through collaboration, interpretation, re-mixing or use in other media.    

And on a personal Note, a Huge Thank-You to each and all who listen, inJoy, and Re-Post onwards what finds it's way thru me! :) Bless y'all.  It's my Joy to simply 'Let' the Creative Spirit find expression through this instrument of Body, Mind, and Heart!
