We have said it before many times and we will say it again, the strength of a club or club night is built on the quality of its residents. One such club that has gone from strength to strength is Italian juggernaut After Caposile and Maggio has been integral in their undoubted success. While it is almost impossible to mention Maggio and not mention After Caposile there is much more to this artist than just his residency. For a starter, the Italian dropped the shimmering “Discoline” EP back at the peak of summer there is little doubt that this would have done serious damage out in the Garden inside After Caposile. Then came the dreamy “Just Landed” which made up part of  “The Sound Of Garden Selection Vol I” and proved that this promising producer has a bright future.

Moving on to Maggio’s mix for our InSession series and its grooves from start until the end and no question. A sound crafted from hours spent playing to some of the most up for it crowds we have seen and we can see why there is so much energy on the After Caposile dancefloors. Bounding basslines, punchy percussion and a vibe that sits so perfectly with the Italian night spot. If you have been to After Caposile you will know how essential Maggio’s sets are. If you are yet to experience this venue, then we are sure that this set will make up your mind.
