"Troubled", my absolute pride and joy of a tune. Troubled is written with intentionally conflicting elements. Beautiful and dreamy melodies/synths paired with gritty drums & vocal lines. "Troubled" is about being the troubled one. The one who has to battle the two sides of being an outcast/rebel but wanting to do good for others. Being a black sheep but wanting to lead the pack. Being a punk that wants to inspire those around you. Hopefully, if any track off of this album resonates with you, it's this one.

Their ambition was to create a collective of struggling artists who educate, collaborate, and inspire each other through art, which led to the creation of Fractured Poets Society (of which Troubled Minds is an extension).  Often describing themselves as broken people making music for other broken people, Troubled Minds was created to raise awareness of mental illness by giving it, and all of those who suffer in silence, a voice.
