where envelopes a story between a man named phil schindler who allegedly worked in Top Secret US bases and has been going to conferences talking about his work and explaining that everything we were told was false

This song takes place off the year of 1970s a US task Force Project Blue Book after the crash of an Unidentified Flying Object on Roswell New Mexico in July 1947 and the start of the US government hiding and silencing anyone who opens their mouths.
