Plusieurs peurs se partagent le pouvoir de nous freiner dans tous les aspects de notre vie :
Peur du jugement
Peur de choisir
Peur de se tromper
Peur de perdre le contrôle
Peur de faire le mauvais choix
sans oublier la peur ultime....de mourir !!


Toutes ces peurs une fois conscientisées, nous révèlent qu'elles se résument souvent en la peur de manquer d'amour ou d'être toujours trop ou pas assez !
On nous a appris à être si exigeants envers nous-mêmes que nous sommes littéralement devenus nos propres persécuteurs !


Dans cet épisodes aux multiples révélations face à l'aspect multidimensionnel de la peur, je vais te raconter, entre autre, mon exploration plutôt tardive et inusité du monde de la peur.
Je vais aussi t'enseigner à développer le réflexe d'utiliser le doute comme un espace de choix afin de ne plus t'égarer sur la route de la peur. 😀
J'aborde aussi un volet important des comportements liés aux idées suicidaires qui pourront vraiment faire une différence dans l'expérience de ne plus vouloir être versus pouvoir renaitre à la vie ! 😉

It starts slowly (63–72 BPM): deep ambient with frame drum, throat-like drones, distant fire crackle and wind — intimate, dry, melancholic ritual about regret and passing life.
Then it shifts into driving four-on-the-floor rhythm (techno/house pulse) with gritty bass, ethnic synths, stacked choirs, towering strings and dominating vocoder vocal.
The choruses are explosive and cathartic: memories burn like a cigarette and won’t let go.
Overall vibe: from dark meditation to hypnotic trance and ecstasy, with a strong sense of irreversibility and healing through rhythm.
