"Mantra" is the first collaboration between US producer/DJ AudioMunk and Geneva producer/DJ XavaleX. It is a driving deep tech track built around the hypnotic sound of a Japanese koto. 

The track introduces tempo play during the midway break. While the Original Mix returns to tempo organically, the Resync Version (available on BandCamp) brings the tempo back after exactly 8 bars - perfect for automatic beatgrids.

The gremlins have been working overtime this week. Had to troubleshoot Rekordbox last night - fixed the problem. And tonight, OBS (my broadcasting software) decided to glitch out and cut the stream 10 minutes in. Fortunately, I was able to hop back in and there were no other major issues. The result is a slightly shorter set than usual.

I brought a whole truckload of them tonight - flitting around between ethereal pads and grounded, bouncy grooves. Took a little detour into some deep house leaning material before bringing back that groove to close out.

Also, I'll make a bigger announcement next week, but I'll be taking the month of December off from the live sets. Let's it "winter break." But no worries - I'll be back in January. And I've got a special set I plan to drop for you that first Wednesday of December.

Laid it down between lush pads and bouncy grooves tonight for the last live set of the year - I think it was a fun one! About that... so I'll be taking a break for the month of December from the weekly live sets. I'll be back on the first Wednesday of January refreshed and with a sack of fresh tracks for you, though!

But don't think I'll leave you all high and dry - I'll be dropping a special 2-hour pre-recorded set December 3rd. That will be the final UGS of the year - the 2025 recap - featuring ONLY tracks that came out in 2025.

Let'z roll back 2 a time when there wasn't really nothing going on in Orlando, a time I was about 2 make my move 2 Miami. So 1 evening I get this phone call from a stranger who said he heard I was the man 2 speak 2 4 his musical vision. So thee very next day we met @ an empty building... & we introduced ourselves & he told me that he wanted 2 start a dance music radio station Orlando, which was needed & a few friends of his in the radio business told him that he needed 2 talk 2 me 4 direction.
Basically I helped start that station on how it was 2 be set up if he wanted 2 do mixshows on the weekends & I also helped him recruit  a group of DJ'z 4 those mixshows . I only asked 4 1 thing, & that was 2 have my own mixshow & so he did keep his bargain... well, some of it but we'll save that story 4 later or 4 my book.
