Brian is a proud descendant of the Anaiwan (Nganyaywana), Ngarigo (Bemeringal 'mountain men' of the East Coastal Region), and Wiradjuri people, and actively contributes to his community. He also serves as the CEO of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation (NATSIC).
