Coming out of the Hardcore period, Silvio Aquila (Arend Hebers) started listening to (hard)trance, hardhouse, techno. But then he discovered Hardstyle!

Silvio Aquila started mixing in 2003 in a local youth centre on the holy Technics turntables.

In 2006 he was asked to join a dj team consisting of 4 dj's & 1 mc, thanks to this he got a chance to present himself to the 'outside world'. Unfortunately this dj-team decided to split up and everybody went their way in 2007...

Afterwards Silvio explored more places in the north of the Netherlands and slowly build his reputation. In 2008 he became a resident dj of the well-known online Harder Styles radio FearFM. 

Left his mark on party's like Hardclassics, Back2school, Indicator, Decibel and more.These days Silvio Aquila still performs, in the Netherlands and abroad. 

VALHALLA is a House & Techno DJ/Producer from Fife, Scotland. His passion for music led him to learn the art of DJing at the young age of 11. A year later, he began teaching himself how to produce electronic music.

In 2020, VALHALLA started his own record label, Groove Shack Records (www.grooveshackrecords.com)

VALHALLA's album DNA topped the Norwegian iTunes charts, coming in at #1 in Techno Albums & #29 in Techno Albums in the UK. The album's House single, House of Tribe, was also featured on Spotify's own editorial playlists; Friday Crate Diggers and Dance Rising.

Hosting regular Groove Shack events in his hometown, VALHALLA showcases artists from his label and guest DJs such as Argy (UK) & Hans Bouffmyre.

His music has gained support from Judge Jules, Paul Oakenfold, Sam Paganini, Joseph Capriati, The Southern, Alex Di Stefano, Marco Carola, Argy (UK), Sonique, Celic, Stonebridge, DJ BL3ND and many more.

In 2022, VALHALLA remixed "Get A Little Deeper" by 90s rave legends, The Rhythmic State . The remix came in at #4 in the iTunes Techno Chart - UK and #22 in the iTunes Techno Chart - Germany.

His high-octane DJ sets are something to be experienced, building an ever growing crescendo of energy and rhythm that packs a mighty punch!
