When we have not learned how to process emotions they can wreak havoc on your relationships, your progress, your success and your overall life satisfaction, not to mention your health.  I believe that it is these indulgent emotions that have us seeking validation as the solve for the heart that is hardened. In particular,  I am going to share with you why we remain bitter and the exact steps to unburden yourself and your heart from the bitterness.  You deserve it.
