消化未夠休息未有下半場再戰，
匆匆忙忙碌碌無為咁又過一天，
筋骨勞損精力疲倦今日就咁算，
明天請早人生好比一場無盡白鴿轉。

唔使指意有乜嘢收穫；
日復一日幾忙又幾忙，
無限循環喪失了觸覺。

忙碌盡頭祗剩低失落，
勞勞碌碌又一無所獲，
輪迴不斷聽日再嚟過。

人生一大問題就係要戰勝頻撲，
大半世人最怕過得唔知又唔覺，
掉低部爛鬼手機畀返大腦思索，
生活唔撚係剩得WeChat同TikTok。

吱出時間畀下自己搞呢又搞路，
套路門路多啲天真諗法同思路，
心痕手痕做人更加需要有屎忽痕，
保持頭腦敏銳搵返生活嘅靈魂。

做人唔好就咁畀頻撲擒獲，
三四張嘢仲大把嘢去開拓，
得閒篤手機不如即刻Activate，
用啱精力先至會有實在嘅收穫。

光陰有限更加唔好畀頻撲勒索，
