Eclectic DJ mixing RNB, House, Alternative and Ghetto Tech.

Pense em uma rádio criada com o propósito de conectar. Conectar pessoas, experiências, sentimentos … estilos de vida. A música é o que nos move e nos faz sentir vivos. É através da música, da comunicação e das vivências que conseguimos dar voz ao que faz bem.

E essa história não começou agora. A União foi a primeira rádio FM a atuar na região do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, no Rio Grande do Sul. Fundada em 06 de março de 1980, a União Fm 105.3 é a trilha sonora de diversas gerações. A programação traz as principais informações do dia e músicas que misturam clássicos e novidades. Tudo isso apresentado com muita descontração pelo time de comunicadores da rádio.

Atualmente o sinal da 105.3 chega aos ouvintes da grande Porto Alegre, passando pelo Litoral, Serra, Vales do Sinos, Paranhana, Caí e Jacuí.

A União Fm também está presente no sul do estado. Em 2007, a emissora fundou uma filial em Pelotas: a 99.9 FM. A União FM Zona Sul abrange uma área de 13 municípios. São eles: Amaral Ferrador, Arroio do Padre, Canguçu, Capão do Leão, Cerrito, Morro Redondo, Pedro Osório, Pelotas, Piratini, Rio Grande, São José do Norte, São Lourenço e Turuçu.

Desde abril de 2021, a Rede União Fm ampliou a atuação para Santa Catarina. Fundada em 1982, a União Fm 96.5 – Blumenau – sempre priorizou em sua programação músicas de qualidade e mensagens de esperança. Destacando a cultura local, a emissora ingressou na Rede União Fm com o desafio de aproximar ainda mais a audiência e reforçar a presença multiplataforma oferecendo mais informação, interatividade, prestação de serviços e músicas que acompanham o ritmo das pessoas. Nomes de destaque na nova MPB, Estrela Leminski e Téo Ruiz tem sido citados na imprensa nacional e estão em projetos como a Coletânea Re-Trato, com versões de músicas dos Los Hermanos organizada pelo site Musicoteca, e na coletânea Reversos da revista eletrônica Nego Dito, com quatro parcerias, entre eles com Tatá Aeroplano e Thiago Galego. O disco São Sons rendeu shows e festivais na Espanha e em Buenos Aires e também em várias cidades brasileiras, além da seleção para o Prêmio de Música Brasileira 2011 e fez parte da lista dos melhores do ano da Revista Manuscrita (Embrulhador). 

A dupla prima pelo conteúdo artístico das canções que, segundo os próprios compositores, sempre tem a preocupação de que as pessoas se identifiquem com o que está sendo dito. Para isso, se utilizam de uma série de elementos musicais, textuais e poéticos para rechear a canção do significado desejado. 

O show São Sons, registrado em DVD, apresenta agora músicas inéditas e uma proposta multimídia na qual as projeções não são imagens aleatórias, mas sim um complemento às canções, ao que se quer dizer para o público, formando um cenário participativo do espetáculo.
