Представляю вам мой последний альбом. Альбом полностью записан на советских синтезаторах, и использовались только советские эффекторы. Всё записано на кассетной порта-студии Yamaha MT8x на хромовую кассету Sony CDixII 60. 

По звучанию альбом лёгкий и атмосферный, уносящий в облака и необычные миры. Наполненный спокойствием и умиротворением, но местами вы можете услышать чувство страха и напряжённости, но всё это в итоге переходит в лёгкость и безмятежность. Импульсом для создания альбома послужил густой туман в Минске на протяжении 3-х дней в феврале 2024 года, а так же вопрос: "Можно ли сделать эмбиент чисто на советском оборудовании?". Смог ли я ответить на этот вопрос? Скорее да, чем нет. 

С технической стороны, в альбоме я использовал все советские синтезаторы из своей коллекции. Также в этом альбоме использовал эффектор "Лель РЦ", как музыкальный инструмент, а именно сэмлер с зацикленными сэмплами. Из всех у меня имеющихся советских инструментах я постарался извлечь максимум их возможности. Отдельно стоит ещё отметить кассету Sony CDixII 60, купленную в запечатанном виде в начале 2024 года. Кассета для внутреннего рынка Японии ориентировочно конец 90-х начало 00-х. И не смотря на то, что это конец эпохи кассетостроения, она выдаёт просто потрясающий результат записи.

П.С. Эти альбомом хочу сказать что Я беру длительную паузу в творчестве. На это есть несколько причин, как творческий кризис, ибо последнее время всё сложнее что-то придумывать, нехватка времени(учёба/работа), отсутствие фидбэка(как материального, так и в плане интереса темы старых инструментов, оборудования и носителей), так и личные взгляды. Я уже как-то пытался отойти от творчества, но опять вернулся, сейчас окончательно всё решено. Но я не ставлю точку на этом моменте, а беру всего лишь паузу, длительную паузу. Чем я буду ещё немного заниматься, так это ремонтом старых инструментов, оказание помощи консультации по оборудованию, оказание помощи в записи и композиции. Так же иногда я буду писать черновые варианты у себя на кассетах, но только для себя, и без оцифровки.

Возможно я ещё вернусь, а пока что пусть звучит бесконечный аккорд!

2010 was a great year for us, the music, the parties. After the big electro wave and the sale of the Love Parade, things had quietened down in Berlin. 2008, 2009 and 2010 started up again, new clubs opened and existing ones were discovered. Sisyphos opened its doors, Bar 25 had to close and move to the other side of the river, we had Licht Park with all its great open airs, we could still do open airs ourselves without being broken up by the police. We just had fun, during this time, the Berlin minimal tech sound finally had its breakthrough and you could hear it everywhere, for me absolutely the best time as a DJ. That's why I mixed 2h tracks from that time to remind me and you of the great times we had.

In the late ‘90s, it’s very rare that you wouldn’t find me record shopping at 9-12 St. Annes Court. I would make a pilgrimage there every week and hope to pick up all the current anthems that were getting dropped at Escape From Samsara and Pendragon. If I was lucky, I would hear a sneak peak of the latest banger being written in the adjacent studio.
The in-house music produced there is without doubt my favourite of the UK scene at the time - the Acid Trance being pumped out by Choci and his various labels really epitomised the underground clubbing scene in London and was the soundtrack to the best days of my life...
Researching, sourcing, compiling and sequencing this mix has been a real labour of love for me and I hope you can hear that passion and admiration I have for the music come through in the mix.
