Hand-crafted 24bit, 44.1KHz mono and stereo WAV samples of the legendary Vermona DRM-1 analog drum machine.

- 1078 total samples and loops in the sample pack.
- 923 Individual samples broken into 10 banks representing the 6 different drum instruments with no processing (Clean), and 4 banks with the sounds heavily processed, twisted, splintered, and altered (Processed).
- 155 Loops. 8 banks of loops at different BPMs containing the source (Clean) loop and twisted, f*d up, altered variations (Processed).

"Ambient Sketches, No. 1" is a brief, fragmentary musical sketch. It features minimal melodic elements, with a simple vocal cell doubled by saxophone. The piece has a subtle groovy feel with a slight jazzy touch, all wrapped in an ambient atmosphere.

Completely recorded and performed on Vermona ET 6-1, a 70s transistor organ, manufactured in East Germany. Half of the keys wouldn't work at all, so had to improvise on what was left of it.

Flexi-musik

The flexi disc (also known as a phonosheet or Soundsheet, a trademark) is a phonograph record made of a thin, flexible vinyl sheet with a molded-in spiral stylus groove, and is designed to be playable on a normal phonograph turntable. Flexible records were commercially introduced as the Eva-tone Soundsheet in 1962, but were previously available in the Soviet Union as "rentgenizdat", "bones" or "ribs", underground samizdat recordings on x-ray film.
