Patrick Krou - Griffin's Dream

This track was composed in response to a challenge issued by The Crow Hill Company to create a track using all of the 6 Vaults beta instruments they have created and released over the last 6 months or so. An additional part of the challenge was that each entrant was randomly given a particular key to compose their track in. I was given key of "A". The time limit for completion was one week. 

The Vaults instruments are given away free by the Crow Hill Company. If you are interested, go to their web page and sign up. They are definitely worth having. There are likely to be more in the future too.

Grand Attic Farewell

Patrick Krou is a music and sound enthusiast originally from Montreal, now residing in Madrid. Whilst living in Brooklyn NY from 2000 to 2013, he wrote the score to many tv adverts, a few short indie films and also co-composed  an animated tv series on the FOX network. Recently, the focus has shifted on composing for indie films along with a few personal projects, experimenting with ambient and textural soundscapes, blurring the lines between sound design and music.
