PROJECT Y2DAY is a new 2D top-down pixel action RPG game created by Lithium Studios! Forming at the 2025 Summer Game Studio at Clark University, six other high schoolers and I worked on our game for four weeks, culminating in a showcase at the end of the camp with our completed game.

What if Y2K was real? Computers go haywire, technology malfunctions, and a huge explosion happens at the NYC ball drop that leads to the apocalypse and the rise of the Apocalytes. Despite this, Blank fights to maintain their cozy home by exploring the world, collecting furniture for their home, and saving characters from the dangerous outside world. The soundtrack overlays this narrative, showcasing both energetic, adventurous melodies and calm, lo-fi inspired beats.

Rise, The Witcher, Rise is an unofficial fan-made tribute inspired by the world of Andrzej Sapkowski’s books and CD Projekt Red’s games, including The Witcher IV, Lullaby of Woe, and Wolven Storm.

I have always been drawn to the grit, depth and beauty of the Witcher universe. This project was different for me because it began not just with atmosphere and melody but with words and voice. With the haunting vocals of Sianna, the music carries themes of destiny, struggle and resilience, echoing the legends of those who rise against the dark.

This is a labour of love, written not as a soundtrack but as a personal interpretation, an imagined anthem that might live in the world of the Witcher.
