Mein Name ist Schneidermeister Dolejschli,
ich wohne in Wien, dort in der Quellenstraße 
ja, direkt neben dem verfluchten Platz von der Hertha.
Schmerzhaft, ich weiß.
Aber ich halte treu zu meinem Klub:
Rudolfshügel – das weiße Ballett auf braunem Boden.
Heute spielen sie wieder.
Kommst du mit? Zieh besser Schuhe an, die du nicht vermisst.)

Zwischen Troststraße und Reichenbach,
da spielt das Herz – mit Dreck im Takt.
Die Herzgasse lebt, Leebgasse bebt,
wenn unser Hügel sich erhebt.

Der Platz ist tief, die Linien krumm,
das weiße Spielkleid wird braun – fast lautlos, stumm.
Und Franz Prohaska – vergessen, wie so viele,
doch damals war er da,
und prägte Taktik, Raum und Spiele.

Und schon wieder ist Franz nicht auf seiner Position,
Hey Freund, vergiss doch nicht deine Mission!
Es zieht dich zur Mitte, als wär’s Bestimmung,
doch außen fehlt dann jede Besinnung.
Und schon wieder stehst du falsch auf dem Feld,
als gäb’s da draußen für dich keine Welt.
Die Ordnung kippt, der Gegner rennt —
und ich verschütte mein Bier, permanent!

(Und natürlich – der Kartenverkauf hat wieder nicht funktioniert.
Drei Männer am Eingang. Zwei davon schauten weg.)

Sie gingen einfach rein, wie immer schon,
kein Ticket, kein Plan, nur blanke Passion.
Das Geld fehlt wieder, der Kreidekasten leer,
statt neuer Trikots flicken wir mehr und mehr.

Die Reihen voll, die Stimmung laut —
und Franz? Der steht falsch und hat’s versaut.

Und schon wieder ist Franz nicht auf seiner Position,
Hey Freund, vergiss doch nicht deine Mission!
Du willst ins Zentrum, dort glänzen, dort regieren,
doch außen kannst du nichts kontrollieren.
Und schon wieder verlierst du dein Revier,
und wir verlieren – wie jedes Mal – mit dir.
Die Gegner flitzen durch das Loch —
und mein Puls geht schon wieder viel zu hoch.

Keine Geburtsurkunde, keine Wohnadresse.
Einfach da.
Und wie er spielte – wild, falsch, mutig.

Weg.

Manche kriegen Pokale, andere Ruhm,
Franz ging leise – ohne Blumen, ohne Boom.
Doch wer ihn sah, vergisst ihn nie ganz:
Ein Irrläufer, ja. Aber mit Glanz.

when our Hügel finally awakes.

white kits turn brown — without lament.
And Franz Prohaska – forgotten, like so many,
but back then, he was there,
and shaped our tactics, space, and memory.

And once again, Franz is out of position,

You drift to the center like it’s divine,
but out on the wing you abandon the line.
And once again, you’re not where you belong,
like the flank just never fit your song.
The shape collapses, the rivals score —
and I spill my beer once more!

And of course — the ticket sale failed again.
Three men at the gate. Two looked away.

They just walked in, like always before,
no ticket, no order, just love for the sport.
The money’s gone, the chalk box bare,
instead of new kits we stitch and repair.

The stands are full, the crowd's a shout —
and Franz? Out of place, and fouling it out.

And once again, Franz is out of position,
Hey friend — don’t forget your mission!
You want the center — to shine, to command,
but wide on the right, you let it unmanned.
And once again, your post is gone,
and once again, we’re played upon.
The rivals glide through the open seam —
and my pulse explodes like a broken machine.

He came out of nowhere.
No birth record, no address.
Just… there.
And how he played — wild, wrong, brave.
And then?
Gone.
No diaries, no photos, no farewell notes.
As if he never existed.

Some win trophies, others gain fame,
Franz disappeared — no flowers, no name.
But those who saw him can’t forget:
A wanderer, yes. But with no regret.

And once again, Franz is out of position,
Hey Franz… don’t forget your mission.
The field is empty, the match long done,
but I’m still here...
and shouting on.

(My name is Isidor Emil.)
(I stood in goal with grit and steel.)
(A keeper born in Vienna’s core,)
(Behind the posts I knew the score.)
(They called me Yohann in the news —)
(A name I never got to choose.)
(But I was there when boots were torn,)
(In Leopoldstadt, where I was born.)
(A keeper with the oldest team —)
(First Vienna — my boyhood dream.)

In 1910, I wore the crest,
Austrian cap upon my chest.
Budapest, we lost that day —
Three goals slipped in and blew away.
And when the league began its race,
They found a younger keeper’s face.
Steinbrekher took the number one.
And I, again, was someone done.

🎶 I was replaced — and still I stayed,
Through rain and cold, through night and day.
I wore the gloves with hands gone raw,
I knew the rules, I loved the law.
I was replaced — but I remained,
In every match, my heart unchained.
No crowd remembers, no one swore.
But I was there.

WAF came calling, needing grace —
Their first choice fell out of the race.
They wanted Otto Noll from Prague,
But he refused — and so I jogged
into the goal. I played my part.
They let me in. I gave my heart.
But Leopold Bode came next year.
They said, “He’s young.” I disappeared.

Still with the club, I stayed on ground.
In reserve teams, I hung around.
I worked by day, a banking clerk,
By night I blew my whistle — work.
And when WAF began to fall,
No one was left. I gave my all.
I built it back in Brigittenau,
It stands today — though few know how.

With boots unlaced and spirit pure.
Two times a keeper shown the door,
But always there to love it more.

From muddy fields to breaking dawn.

Dust floated like memories refusing to settle.

Karl Pekarna.
Not broken. Just… slowed.
But his eyes — they still moved like keepers do.
Fast. Sharp. Remembering everything.

He flew once — high and far,
From Vienna to Glasgow, chasing a star.
First football legionnaire from the European mainland,
A goalkeeper of steel with velvet hands.
They called my name in foreign tongues,
Between the chants, between the drums.
I caught the world in leather palms,
And held the line with quiet psalms.

🎵 Over the lines, through wind and rain,
First from the mainland, crossing the lane.
The football legionnaire, blazing the way,
But glory fades — and skies turn gray.
They cheered my name, they wrote it in gold,

Some came to visit, from Vienna, the Sportclub…
Even boys too young to have seen me play.
They remembered.
But not Slovan.
I gave them my last match. They gave me nothing.
Still —
I smiled.
Because the game gave me more than it took.
Most days.

My right leg walks. My left hand won’t.
But my eyes still scan the pitch, still count.
The war came late, the bombs came loud,
And I sat through it all, proud in the crowd.

First from the mainland, crossing the lane.

Klaus Benedek grew up in a small town near Vienna. His interest in electronic music began during the 90s techno hype. He spent hours watching video clips on MTV and viva and thus gaining knowledge about electronic music. In 2004, he began teaching himself to produce. Gathering his inspiration wherever he could, he began collecting 12" vinyl records the same year and 2 years later got his first dj-gigs. From 2008 till 2010 he was one of the resident DJs at the MNML Thursdays in the Camera Club. In 2012 he started with Alex Kolodziej the event-series Tellerbetrieb. Currently he finds most of his inspiration in Chicago House, Deep House, Disco and Breakbeat. After releases on labels like Petrol Dollar, Subversaal, rekooda, Soul Shift Music, Clean and Dirty Recordings and tanzbar, Klaus launched his own label forTunea in 2014.
