This piece is an embodiment meditation. I wrote it as an offering of care for my collaborators and myself. In this piece the performers: release disembodiment they are holding, offer each other support sonically, welcome in embodiment, then play a song of encouragement for all living things and ourselves.

Hello Folks, 

Welcome to my humble page! A little about me: Mid 30s  business lady by day, music obsessed creative fiend by night. I do mean OBSESSED….Music lives in my head and can not stop coming out of it! I grew up listening  to  all kinds of music so my  creations have been influenced by live instruments and orchestral melodies marrying the  beat and rhythm of dance music.  Piano - trained and a hobby vocalist of sorts , music is  how I deal with the world.  As of 2024 , embarking on a  journey to learning the guzheng and cello. Some paint some build, some write… This girl tells stories with her music.  Take a pause and listen. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy setting  them loose into the world !

Babis Kolokouris (AKA Phone Memo),  a fellow from Greece, started writing music at the age of 12, when he got his hands on an old PC and an even older guitar. 
     Influenced by Jazz, Soul, Rap, Rock and Greek traditional music ,that surrounded him at home he is trying to make " his kind of music " by sampling sounds from anything he can find, combining them with any instrument that he possesses, developing through the years, trying to become better and better.
    He has participated on an Album by a rap crew called "Aisthiseis" and after some time he started to publish his own releases. Later on, he made his first beatape called "The Anartist" and after all that he made an Indie Album called the "Key of She". In 2018 he tried to make synthwave a thing of his, but that is a long story for another time.
     Each and every sound he make or song he writes connects him with that kid that was starting fresh in middle school , trying to find a balance between life and art.

We had the big accident last year (2011.3.11)in Japan.

We lost and many people in that accident.Many people now lost their house,
or can`t return their home because of Nukes accident.

I could not play,listen music at all.

But,After several years,I started play music again.

I improvise for lost and living people at the same time.
It is the reason .
