After actual years of waiting for a Blu-ray release of the Violet Evergarden movie, I finally got the chance to see it this year, and boy, did it leave an impression. And when something leaves an impression on me, I have to create something in order to process it. This cover is one of those things.

This is now the second Japanese song I've covered, and I must say, this one is far better suited to my voice. While there are many imperfections, I'm glad to finally have a Japanese cover I can be proud of.
