Philippe Joumard est un auteur-compositeur indépendant installé à Cers, dans l’Hérault (France).

Artiste ouvertement gay, engagé et autodidacte, il façonne une musique poétique, inclusive et solaire, où s’entrelacent chanson folk, slam narratif et atmosphères occitanes. Son univers sonore célèbre l’identité choisie, la mémoire des lieux, et les voix en quête d’asile intime.

À travers des titres comme Cers, Mon Village ou Béziers, la Perle du Sud, il explore les liens entre territoire, fierté et transmission, avec une démarche artistique hybride mêlant direction humaine et technologie musicale assistée (Suno AI).

Son prochain album, Liberté Gay – Inspirational Sound, attendu fin octobre, est un manifeste multilingue et audacieux célébrant la fierté LGBTQ+ à travers des sonorités modernes, fédératrices et profondément émotionnelles.

Passionné de musique depuis l’adolescence, Philippe a évolué dans la radio locale, en tant qu’animateur et producteur à Loire FM et Radio Pluriel. Sous l’impulsion de Philippe Baury, toujours directeur d’antenne malgré les évolutions de la station, et grâce à Patrice Berger et Frédérique Garcia, il a développé un regard curieux et ouvert sur les esthétiques sonores, notamment les scènes trance, qu’il explore aux côtés de proches producteurs.

En parallèle, son parcours professionnel atypique — autodidacte devenu cadre commercial, puis demandeur d’emploi suite à une liquidation judiciaire — nourrit une sensibilité artistique tournée vers la résilience, la transmission et l’humain.

Depuis 2025, il compose des morceaux solaires et intimistes pour toutes celles et ceux qui cherchent à se sentir chez eux — dans une voix, dans un village, ou dans un refrain.
