Vielleicht kennst du das auch: Müdigkeit, Unruhe, ein träger Darm, schlechter Schlaf oder ein geschwächtes Immunsystem. Der Körper reagiert anders als im Sommer – und manchmal fühlt es sich an, als wäre alles aus dem Gleichgewicht geraten.

In dieser Folge spreche ich über genau die eine Sache, die für mich im Winter den größten Unterschied macht: Balance. Ich zeige dir, wie ich meine Energie zurückhole, was mir hilft, wenn mein Darm rebelliert, und warum kleine Gegengewichte oft den größten Unterschied machen.
