Bourbon is an outlaw country inspired track that is as smooth and insightful as a neat pour. It talks about the political corruption leading to financial and social decline of our society and how that negatively impacts all of us. The ruling class is pitting us against one another and if we could come together, ignore the labels, and have an offline dialogue, we could fight back against corruption that is exploiting us all. This song is not anti-government. It is anti-corruption. I love our country, its' constitution, and the good honest public servants that work to make us all better and protect our freedoms.
