After chatting THE ALIEN FACTOR with Trevor Henderson on our previous episode, we're delighted to welcome another previous pod guest back to the show: Alex Segura!

Alex first appeared back on our pod on our MOON KNIGHT episode, a mini-series which we reviewed partly because some of the episodes were directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Appropriately enough, with Benson and Moorhead currently working on the DAREDEVIL - BORN AGAIN series, Alex returns to our pod with two Daredevil projects on the horizon. Marvel's Daredevil: The Illustrated History is out from Insight Editions in November 2025, and the prose novel Daredevil: The Enemy of my Enemy is coming in March of 2026.

Alex has many, many projects in the works at the moment, but we'd particularly like to draw attention to the Patreon comic he has been co-writing with Sara Century: THE FORGOTTEN FIVE. It’s been a year since the last time we sat down for a pod but this one is least recorded within the last month - we’re making progress!

Joe hosts JT, Sam, and Jono to talk all things games, TV (except this episode), and film.

* Joe starts the show discussing Death Stranding, Hideo Kojima's unique open-world action game where you play a courier trying to reconnect a post-apocalyptic United States.
* Sam heads to Steam Deck Corner to check out the wacky physics-based comedy of What the Golf? (a game that makes fun of golf) and the digitally adapted classic board game, Carcassonne (where players build a medieval French landscape one tile at a time).
* JT and Jono give their first impressions after picking up the brand-new Switch 2 console.

Film
* Jono and JT review two major new films: the sleek sci-fi sequel Tron: Ares (about a highly advanced program crossing into the real world) and the gritty biographical sports drama The Smashing Machine (starring Dwayne Johnson as legendary MMA pioneer Mark Kerr).
* Sam took inspiration from Ed Gein to watch the 1960 horror classic Psycho, directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
* Joe wraps up the reviews with two genre films: Weapons: A new supernatural mystery-horror film about a group of children who all vanish at the same time and Arrival: Denis Villeneuve’s thoughtful sci-fi drama about a linguist (Amy Adams) trying to communicate with aliens who have landed on Earth.

This is a podcast by Iran Redline that focuses on researching a commander in the Revolutionary Guards, Hossein Ali Aghadadi. The former lesser-known commander has had senior positions in Iran’s defense industry, including companies related to ballistic and drone missile programs (such as the Russian-used witness model). Aghadadi's records include the head of companies such as Iran's aircraft industry (Hesa) and inspection of Iran's information systems (Iz Iran), and most importantly, he is now a member of the board of directors of a company called Imen Gostar Raman Kish. The company is known as a weak cover-up company for the Defense Research and Innovation Organization (Sepand) and has several employees of SPND. The authors conclude that the company, which sells radiation detection equipment publicly, will be Iran’s main channel to supply sensitive items needed to revive its nuclear programs.
