eleou is a new york city born, athens-based dj, known for her sound of emotive, atmospheric and ethereal techno, and idm bordering on ambient soundscapes. 

her sound is a left-of-center journey through dance music, from dub to uk bass, dnb and chill out, psy ambient, ska and back around with a gaze towards the dancefloor.

her influences are drawn from all corners of the world, through travel and deep dives into local record shops while living and traveling to different cities. exposure as a native new yorker, along being part of a family in music and the arts, has given her insight to different aesthetics as a creative. eleou cut her teeth playing gigs in greece's iconic venues, au bar and akrotiri, downtown new york's provocateur, and brooklyn stronghold 110 morgan. she then began playing at larger capacity venues such as magazine club in lille, as well gigging at invite-only villas on ibiza, and later landing a residency in berlin at club chalet. 

while keeping an under the radar approach, eleou continues to play out at the underground's most coveted venues and diy multispaces with likeminded friends and promoters. her most recent gigs include bonobo bar tokyo, bbcb seoul, trotamundo festival ecuador, mansions new york, apollo studio new york, six d.o.g.s athens, latraac, mad radio barcelona and at her series of artist-led gatherings. 

she has been honing and perfecting her sound, along with dialing in her aesthetic and range with each distinctive set, playing and creating site-specific, multi disciplinary events under the guise, alozi and previously kommon veine, throughout europe, asia and the usa for over a decade. 

while weaving in and out of euphoric early mornings, the sonic experience transcends through self exploration and shared refection on the dance floor.
