 Frenemy: (noun) “a person who is both a friend and an enemy, or who pretends to be a friend but
 is actually an enemy.” So many times we very much see rivalries between friends that are beyond a
 form of friendly competition, but stemming from feelings of pride, envy, jealousy and our own self
 doubt. We seem to reference these more nowadays as “Fake Friends” which is more commonly
 known.
 However, that is not the only perspective we must look at when thinking about frenemies. We have
 to also become aware and see that we can very well become our own Frenemy. One day you’re
 looking at yourself in the mirror admiring and speaking lovingly to yourself and the next, you’re
 tearing down everything you said to yourself and bringing yourself down as a means of working
 against yourself.
 This is very common to most people unfortunately to where we become our own enemy one day and
 friend the next, but truly ask yourself this question as we go into this segment, #AreYouAFrenemy?...

#Are You A Frenemy

 What is your signal, the frequency of what you hear and operate off of? We have to analyze
 ourselves and bring it full circle from looking at how we’re presently #DoubtingInTheDoubt,
 #TheFruitsWeBare & look in the mirror and ask ourselves “#AreYouAFrenemy?”
 Before we even begin to want to change our frequency and signal of what we operate on that is
 constantly giving us the same results and attracting the same kind of people to our lives, we must
 first and foremost seek to clear our channel to nothing in order to change it permanently and
 properly.
 The same way you must first teardown an old house if you want a completely new one with a new
 foundation and structure, we must do the same with ourselves and one of the first steps is to look in
 the mirror, analyze ourselves and ask ourselves without ego, pride or excuses
 “#What’sYourChannel?”...
