Under Water marks the first collaboration between French producer Nsha, and Shamira, who spends her time between her native Amsterdam & Ibiza, infusing her Brazilian roots in her enthralling vocals. 

From the jump, the enticing sub-line, bright percussions & assertive shakers establish the discourse. The synth lines flow-in with Shamira's evocative voice whilst the rolling arp quickens the pace. The tides turn around the time of the main drop, with the main synth breaking into an ominous crescendo, quickly flooded by Shamira's soothing return.

It is a pleasure for When We Dip XYZ to welcome two artistic projects to the family with this 'Swim In Memories' remix pack. Luca Saporito and Last Men On Earth may be a generation apart, yet offer similarly refined takes on 'Swim In Memories' for the former and 'Cut' for the Argentinian duo.

For their interpretation, Last Men On Earth fiddle with the vocal textures and analog tones of the original as well as incorporating live drums on top of the industrial ambience and spoken word speech.

Montréal-based artist Tchailyn delivers four highly interesting singles on When We Dip XYZ with 'Kittyplease’, ‘Bruma’, ‘Bloom’ & ‘Nothing Matters’. Off his amazing tune 'Candyland' on Diynamic, which lit up dancefloors worldwide, the producer showcases his catchy touch here again.

On ‘Bloom’, a catchy arp leads the way as the ‘wow’ ad-libs keeps the excitement going. Emotive bass hits paired with the poppy vocal lead into the drop.

Motip White has been one of the most prolific producers for When We Dip XYZ in the past years and it's a pleasure to offer three fresh takes from ELIF, JAMIIE & Volar on this remix pack. 

From the jump, Volar's remix establishes itself with a bulky low-end which is joined by a straight to the point arp, hitting home by its simplicity. A rolling bass is welcomed in the break, along with the main riff and vocal parts leading into the drop. In the outro, Volar crafts a counter-melody straight from the electro era of the 2000s to top things off.

We are pleased to have Nsha on Selectors this week. The French producer has just put out ‘Under Water’ in collaboration with vocalist Shamira on When We Dip Records and is set to release its follow-up, ‘Two Faced’ on AZZUR December 13th. He plays these tracks, on top of tunes from the likes of Yet More and Fka Mash, his own remix of ‘Cheap Thrills’ & ‘Bruma’ by Tchailyn, which has been released a month ago on the label.
