Kareem Rosser is an award-winning author, national polo champion, keynote speaker, and community difference maker. He is the vice president and board member of "Work to Ride": a nonprofit community-based prevention program that aids under-resourced urban youth through constructive activities centered on horsemanship, equine sports, and education. 

Kareem joins the show to further talk about his involvement in Work to Ride, and to also discuss his new book: "When You're Ready": a book that describes his experiences with his ex-partner, Lee Lee Jones, who suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2017. In this book, Kareem details the emotions, the mental trauma, and the vulnerability that comes with having a loved one go through a traumatic experience.
