- Welcome to the January Full Moon Guided Meditation! I’m grateful to meditate with you under our first full moon of the year, 2023. The full moon will be at its fullest expression on January 6, 2023 at 3:08pm PST. 
- The January Full Moon is also known as the Wolf Moon or the Birch Tree Moon. It carries a high level of heart centered, creative and nurturing energy. It can feel empowering, self reflective and also have us feeling like a lone wolf wandering through life seeking what’s next. 
- This moon is in the water sign of Cancer. The moon is at home in this emotional and nurturing element. We may feel more emotional and more sensitive under this heart based watery Full Moon. If you can, honor what you feel and not what you fear. Water can feel calm in one moment and like a tsunami in the next. Be kind with yourself and feel all the feels during this time. Lean into it.
- The full moon is guiding us to turn the lights on within our hearts. To be a beacon to attract our highest possible outcomes. The Wolf Moon is a time to work on our strength and being. Activating our personal power!
- It’s a time to look within and to nurture ourselves. Looking after ourselves before all others. I know for a lot of us this can be quite difficult but also wonderful to set healthy boundaries. 
- I've created this meditation to help each of us harness the January Wolf Full Moon's energy for each of our highest potentials and for the highest good of all! It's an honor to guide you!
- Within this meditation, I’ll guide you to let go to let in for the New Year.  Next, with the help of your Higher Self and Wolf Spirit, I’ll guide you to activate to your fullest potential for the New Year, utilizing the powerful January Wolf Full Moon energies on offer.
- For an additional layer of activation, the background music is set to 8 Hz Frequency; Theta frequency. Referred to as Healing Waves. Listening to that alone will help us reach a relaxed meditative state and release anxiety.
