WHEN THE BREAK DANCING ERA WAS OVER, HOUSE MUSIC CAUGHT MY ATTENTION. IT HAD SOME OF THAT BEAT BOY STYLE FROM HIP-HOP AND THE PARTIES FUN. 
IN MY EARLY YEARS AS A TEENAGER. 13. I WAS FOND OF THE POT CULTURE. ONE DAY I SAW THIS CASSETTE TAPE WITH THIS DREAD-LOCK MAN IN A FIELD OF WEED. I HAD TO GET IT. NOT EVEN KNOWING WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WAS EVEN ON THE TAPE. SOMETIME LATER, ONE NIGHT, I PUT THE TAPE IN THE DECK, WHICH I DID WHEN I WOULD SLEEP AS A KID. THE SOUNDS THAT CAME OUT MY BEAT BOX WERE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MUSIC THAT I  HAD EVER HEARD. THE BASS. THE RHYTHM. THE VOICE AND ESPECIALLY THE REALNESS IN HIS VOICE. THAT MUSIC WAS ROOTS REGGAE AND THE ARTIST WAS PETER TOSH. 'THE LEGALIZE IT' ALBUM. I WAS SPRUNG ON REGGAE EVER SINCE.
