I know I have struggled at times during this life of mine. Sometimes it's seemed unbearable. I have fought hard and I feel much better. 

I absolutely could not have done what I've done and fought how I've fought alone. So many people have been there at just the right time and I'm sure didn't even know it was the case. 

I am here for you. I've tried to do my mental health alone. It just doesn't work for me. You don't and never should have to feel like you have to do any of this life alone. 

We are out there.

Music and mental health go hand and hand together. Music can influence my mental health and my mental health can influence the music I listen to and play. 

Life needs to be more playful. We don’t always have time for this in the path of life, but I feel strongly that we have to make room for play, whatever that may look like for your life.

Dare to be weird! Do you. Do what makes you happy and don't let what you think others might think stop you from trying! 

I play all the instruments you will hear. What I play I do try to tell an aspect of my mental health/illness story with  each song whether it be original or a cover. 

We need to normalize talking about our mental health. We need to normalize it being ok to ask for help if we need it. I know I’m glad I finally did. It has changed my life. A ton of battles fought along the way, as nothing likes to come easy, as you already know. 

We gotta fight. We gotta keep pushing forward. The good is still there and you can and will find it again.
