Sharing this live recorded set at Singapore Garden Festival for a yoga flow showcase in the middle of a lush edible garden pavilion, together with live movement from two yoga instructors. A blend of live instruments (Rav/Handpan, singing bowls, synths) and downtempo tunes from the likes of Divasonic, DJ Taz Rashid, Eqanimous, Bliss Looper, Torkom Ji and Yaima. 

You can enjoy this set as a short gentle yoga flow practice or light mindful grooves for your workout, study or work :)

Whispers of the Soul

Sek Sheng, also known by his artist name ‘Dr Foo’, is a sound meditation facilitator, musician and DJ who holds space and prescribes music for healing and integration of deeper aspects of the self. He has immersed in and been trained in sound healing, yoga, meditation and music production in an ever evolving journey in the past 10 years.

Dr Foo believes that sound is a universal language that can re-awaken our innate power and connection with all, and serve as a fun yet sacred medium for healing and understanding. His journeys emphasise the importance of owning our darkness before true healing and expansion can occur.  

His sound healing journeys interweave live therapeutic instruments (singing bowls, harp, melodic drums etc) with electronic music (hypnotic synths, binaural beats), nature sounds, ethnic music and mantras across cultures. It is a reflection of his journey starting as an underground club DJ in Melbourne to immersing in yogic journeys in India & Bali, and then realising the power of sound for therapy.  

In recent years he has curated soundscapes for yoga and meditation events, full & new moon sound healing journeys as well as ecstatic/conscious dance events.

Kerisha is a music producer and DJ whose journey with sound began at the tender age of seven, when she connected with the vibrations of her first instrument. Born in South Africa, her path has always been guided by the deep understanding that sound is a universal language — one that speaks directly to the soul and transcends all barriers. Drawing from her African roots, Kerisha weaves together electronic music with the rich, ancestral frequencies of the world, creating a sonic experience that nurtures the spirit and awakens the heart.
To Kerisha, music is more than just a composition of notes; it is a living, breathing force that holds the power to heal, transform, and unite. She believes that through sound, we can shift the energy within our bodies and align with the greater flow of the universe. With each track, she uses carefully chosen frequencies to penetrate our energetic field, dissolving blockages and inviting a deeper sense of freedom and flow. Her work is an invitation to connect, not just to the music, but to the sacred energy that resides within each of us.

Her music is a sacred offering — a bridge between cultures, a tool for healing, and a reminder of the infinite, interconnected nature of existence. Through her art, Kerisha seeks to guide others into a space of harmony, balance, and inner peace, where the soul can dance freely to the rhythm of the cosmos.

My curiosity about the true nature of reality and a desire for freedom led me to journey and study with some of the best teachers of ancient spiritual practices in the world, from Buddhist meditation under S.N Goenka, to the practice of Yoga with my mentor Eileen Hall in Sydney. 
 
Fifteen years ago, I ventured into the Peruvian Amazon to connect with the spirit world under the guidance of the revered Shaman Orlando Chujandama Huazanga. My intention was to communicate with my parents who died when I was three years old, and that weeks-long journey with Ayahuasca changed me forever. I have since been inspired to share the profound healing of this medicine with others. 
 
I've always looked for what unites these traditions, and not what separates them. I trained as a musician to share what I had discovered through the beauty of music, as a way to help elevate the human spirit. I currently work as a Yoga teacher, musician and Shamanic facilitator.

Rasham is the sonic rebirth of Ramón Eduardo Rodríguez Clark — a Venezuelan-born DJ and music explorer with roots in Tech House, Deep, Chill and Tropical sounds, and a deep resonance with Afro and Organic House. With over two decades behind the decks, Ra-Sham has evolved from a charismatic party-starter into a channeler of energy and emotion through music.

The name Rasham fuses Ra, the Egyptian god of the sun and light, with Sham, evoking the path of the shaman. It reflects his current journey: using rhythm as a tool for awakening, connection and self-healing. His sets are more than music—they are experiences designed to move both the body and the spirit.

He began his musical path in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, spinning at private school parties and learning turntablism at DJ Scratch Academy in NYC, founded by Jam Master Jay of Run DMC. He later played in clubs across Venezuela, Aruba, and beyond, from intimate private events to massive crowds of thousands.

Now based between Miami and Venezuela, Ra-Sham is stepping into a new phase of creative expression—one where music becomes ritual, and the dancefloor becomes a space of transformation.

Haleen is a realization of a Belgian husband and wife duo. They operate from an off-grid setting in Portugal and have created their own unique genre of music. Their sound is highly recognizable and their music is inspired by their energy shift and transformation of consciousness. Their music is mind-opening, hypnotic, and uplifting. Many listeners have reported that it has given them courage and improved their overall mood.

Hans's musical journey commenced at a very young age! After attending several rock concerts, he was inspired to take the stage himself and purchased his first electric guitar at the age of 15. Teaching himself to play, within just one year of dedicated practice, he confidently performed at his first gig. With countless hours spent daily playing, participating in various bands, performing at numerous festivals, and gaining extensive studio experience, Hans eventually underwent a transformative shift, bidding farewell to the metal scene and incorporating all he had learned into his musical arsenal.

Following this evolution, Hans delved into a different musical realm, strumming a new tune on an acoustic guitar and opting for a tuning of 432Hz instead of the conventional 440Hz. This marked the inception of a unique chapter where Kath, added her vocals to his compositions. Embracing electronic music, a genre he previously hadn't favored, Hans not only expanded his musical horizons but also crafted an entirely fresh sound—a genre unto itself.

In this captivating musical narrative, Hans emerges as an artist who not only mastered diverse genres but seamlessly blended them to create a symphony that transcends boundaries. The echoes of his journey linger in the distinctive and innovative notes of a genre uniquely his own.

Kath's musical journey may not boast a lengthy history, but it's a tale of profound transformation. With minimal musical exposure in her past, Kath underwent a radical overnight shift in her musical taste—from indulging in the greatest hits of mainstream artists across genres like Disco, Rock 'n' Roll, and Metal to immersing herself in the captivating realms of Electronic Dance Music.

Her musical evolution reflects a seismic change, transcending traditional boundaries and embracing a diverse array of sounds. Kath's current musical palette is a testament to her newfound appreciation for artists who resonate with a powerful energy, aligning seamlessly with the transformative force of their shared kundalini experience. In this chapter of her musical exploration, Kath is drawn to the enchanting sounds of Sam Garrett, Mose, Peia, Yaima, Ajeet, and more—artists whose melodies synchronize perfectly with the evolving rhythms of her journey. With each note, Kath continues to discover and immerse herself in a world of musical expression that mirrors the vibrancy of her own inner transformation.
