Murshida Rudi Kadre is an avid learner through movement and its connection to brain development, nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and spiritual expansion. Her approach to movement aims to free individuals to express their true selves in life. Recognizing that past physical pain, emotional trauma, and future anxieties can hinder our ability to enjoy and participate fully in life, Murshida offers support through various healing modalities.

She specializes in Organic Intelligence, the Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel Methods, and the Yogic Technique and Study of the great spiritual traditions. These methods help individuals move from chaos to coherence, fostering an open, clear, joyful, and embodied relationship with themselves and life. She refers to this transformative stage as the "magic carpet ride," highlighting its effortless and pleasurable nature.

Murshida’s journey with these modalities began during challenging times in her life. She trained, became certified, and now has many years of experience living and sharing what she has embodied.

Murshida is the cofounder of Liberty Arising and cocreated a comprehensive five-year spiritual course taught multiple times. She has studied and taught art therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel Methods, Organic Intelligence, Tao, Tibetan, Hatha, Shamanic Yogas, and the Sufi and Tantric paths.

Her focus is on BEING rather than DOING, guiding others to move into their true state of being.
