Matsuri Digital now presents TOMOCOMO and the teaser mix of her debut album “Moon Awakening”. Tomocomo is a Japanese trance / ambient DJ and producer. Her trance creations express the up-to-date goa sounds based on old school goa trance.Her live performance with her original tracks tells a story into your mind. That comes from experiences through her own DJ style. And she also plays “retro goa trance DJ set” which is her origin and “new style goa trance DJ set” using various sources such as goa trance, techno based on old school from the 90's to the present. Her world view creates a path of sound by spinning tracks with a unique sensibility. It is full of unique grooves, depth and warmth. This mix was made as her special teaser set featuring her very 1st full album “Moon Awakening” for radiOzora. It includes all the tracks from the album and a track from the ep “Venus Dawn” which were released from Zion 604 Records. Every track unleashes a variety of colors and some make you dance hypnotically with techno loops and euphoric analog sounds. More than a decade ago I began to collect files and explore the electronic music world and over the years I found the genre I belong first as a collector, and later as a DJ and musician.

On 2018 I returned from a couple of months at South India mostly in Goa sitting days and nights digging whole discographies of labels, artists, dj mixes, compilations and everything I was curious to press play and I realized that I must share good music with the world, thats my definition for being a DJ - to play tracks that I want others to know and not only me or few oldschool "goa heads".

My inspiration which is just like a big brother for me on the last  7 years Roy Sason has seen my decent collection back then when I resumed from files to vinyls and helped me to complete my big transition from a collector to a DJ in Zion 604 since then.

This mix was recorded after a long time since my last one mainly after October's shocking events that kept me away for a while and also because of busy personal life since I've begun my first degree studies and I decided to that patience till I feel ready to record something is the most essential decision I had to take after a few failed attempts to record something.

I must admit that I'm very satisfied from the picks for this mix and that I really enjoyed recording it after such a long time, enough with the talking time for the main dish - the tracklist!

After long five years I decided that Flip Theater will no longer upload new mixes and that my previous mixes will return to be private so only people that liked it can see my old content.
