Jitter's second release is finally here and this time label decided to share the experience with some producers they enjoy listening and dancing to. Aaron Maple from the awesome crew Free Shelter, Baerlz the mastermind behind La Bestiole and Stima Records and the London based serial editers Running Hot.

Embracing the good vibe of the afro, ethnic and tropical scenes, this new volume of the Jitter Edits series represents a crisp union of sound and energy. Following the imprint of our parties.

Mostly known for his works with the Ears on Earth label and BF Treatment duo, JAI does what he usually does best on his edit of Magic Fly; Mixing up ravey 90’s sounds with a modern twist. Lau Tropico then proceeds with his take on Djulu, that eases us for the heavier load coming in later. Aaron Maple do his usual magic that we’ve all been accustomed to with his edit of This Is A Sound. A sure-fire party starter that’ll make even the most modest guest make this feet do a 1-2 step. Ramin and Reda continues on, where Aaron left us, with their heavily middle-eastern inspired Dehati and guides us for our final number by the man behind the operation; Miro-Benji. The release ends with, in his own words, an “anti-edit” of Love Will Tear Us Apart. One of those tracks that is perfect as an ender but still leaves the listener urging for more.

Fauve Records head honcho RFX kicks us off with his work on Assid Rayn. With the infamous releases on Fauve as well as the always welcomed Bandcamp Friday special “Ephemeral Edits” releases, we’ve been waiting to collaborate with this fella and me-oh-my was the wait worth it. ASSS-ASSSIIIIID. We continue with a couple of legends in this so-called “edits game”. Running Hot, the infamous duo from UK that does not need any introduction, and among our personal favourites. Our homegrown Aaron Maple continues on the third act, where he does his usual magic on My Maya. To end the 9th edition, Miro-Benji breaks the beat with World Championships. A track that stays true to its title and works just as well in a sweaty warehouse as it does in a Colin McRae rally game in the arcade hall. This is one we suggest you save for a special post-covid moment, when the dance floor is your oyster and the crowd is in the palm of your hands.
