There is a growing number of non-contact based knee injuries happening with athletes. there are growing concerns that the surfaces we are playing on may be the driving force this increased injury risk, however I think it is more complicated than just the artificial turf we are playing on more regularly. Footwear is playing a bigger factor to the increase risk of knee injures especially non-contact knee injuries. sit back and enjoy this weeks podcast going dow the road of why we are seeing more non-contact knee injures and how we can work on preventing or limiting this number from continuing to increase.

The Maison du Motard, since 2021, is an ACL initiative dedicated to bikers in Luxembourg with the purpose of bringing the biking community together, encouraging exchange, share experiences and promote safer mobility on two wheels. From May to July, the ACL offers a range of workshops tailored to different skill levels at ACL's karting track in Mondercange. During the final training, on the open road, participants will learn how to break in an emergency, master their cornering and sharpen their awareness in traffic.
