Summer is Ending

Title track from the 10" vinyl EP 'Live Long'  and previously released on the CD album 'Down Here'. This track was made with the help of Steve's guitar playing buddy Dave Kennedy who toured with Steve in the early noughties.
Steve writes and plays music for the head and heart that touches the borders of folk, country and pop, keeping alive the song writing tradition.

Steve Jinski is a songwriter, singer, performer and musician. He has the toured the UK and Europe both as a solo artist and more recently as one half of the acclaimed acoustic duo JINSKI. 
Steve is also a music educator with many years’ experience of working in the youth and cultural sectors, delivering, managing, leading and championing musically inclusive practise for people of all ages.

Someday I'll actually learn to play guitar, until then here are my best efforts

Tomorrow Bird is an award-winning acoustic duo, featuring the combined forces of solo artist Jen Bird, and Simon Driscoll from folk- rock band, Burnt Tomorrow. 

Drawing musical influences from folk, country and Americana bands (such as The Civil Wars) their haunting melodies and heart-felt lyrics have transfixed audiences and marked them out as a band to watch!   

Their song 'What Comes Next' won the 2022 GSMC Music Award for Single of the Year.  And their new album is in the works and due for release this June!

Greetings! We are Jonny Hummingbird and Shelley Meadowlark, an acoustic duo available for hire that just loves to share great songs for people. Our style is an odd mix of genres, and our song list ranges from timeless pop, to folk, country, bluegrass, gospel, and even a couple of 15th century numbers! We play live at a variety of venues, including restaurants, lounges, festivals, fundraisers, church functions, funerals, private parties, and the occasional private acousticism for those suffering persistent electric earworms. :-)
Seriously though, we are hobby musicians who just hope we can bring some joy to those who hear our music. Will be slowly adding songs to this page. Thank you for listening.
