Hey, dear listeners. Today we'll have Vospi's new track released. I'm very glad that there are more and more of you. I feel like there's more of me, too. I feel happiness and, at the appropriate times, pain. This is what the track is about.

It's when they don't think fair about you. Or it feels that way.

It's not for everyone and not for every mindstate. But I believe in this one strongly, proud to think of it as of one of my "pages". I tried to push it to the confused and lost territory. Drums and guitars, but it's still electronica. My voice plays a big role twice, but there's no lyrics (almost). It builds up slowly, but I wanted it to sound upset. In many ways I find it pursuing the tone of Vospi - Kill Them With Kindness (https://soundcloud.com/vospi/vospi-kill-them-with-kindness), being "set in a dubstep world", but not leaning on it. I like vector art for its sharpness, but I also like the sheer raw power you get from a handdrawing. This combines the qualities, I feel.

We'll have our time with fun tracks, too. This time, we're doing this.

Musique expérimentale ou plutôt exploratoire :
Le thème des végétaux me permet d’explorer les horizontales, les verticales, les embranchements.
Feuille de Rhododendron, racines, palmiers et entrelacs.
Le dessin est scanné en noir et blanc, importé dans Phonogramme.
Les lignes de pixels sont transformées en segments constituant des notes MIDI.
Dans l’image, le temps va de gauche à droite, les hauteurs de bas en haut.
Pour chaque hauteur, soit chaque numéro de ligne dans une échelle logarithmique en 192e d’octave, les 8 bits de poids fort du numéro de ligne déterminent la note MIDI à jouer et les 4 bits de poids faible déterminent le canal MIDI.
Les 16 modules des deux TX816 sont accordés chacun sur un 16e de demi-ton particulier modulo le centième de demi-ton.
Les vélocités sont fixées à 64, la valeur moyenne.
Derrière les TX816 un mixage analogique est effectué, sans filtre, avec juste une balance légère, pour répartir les modules à gauche et à droite en fonction de leur parité.

L’enregistrement à été effectué en septembre 2023, avec un Mac G3 sous OS 9.2, le programme Phonogramme version 3.14 (68000).
