The project distributes original electronic music under open terms for global DJs, radio curators, content creators, and cultural communities. It is not a record label, nor a company — it is a musical infrastructure.

Mr. Fixer Music operates like a decentralized protocol — similar in spirit to cryptocurrency — except its unit of value is sound.

2. Purpose
To enable free access to high-quality music for non-commercial use while retaining control over commercial exploitation.
This ensures artists can share widely, build a culture, and still protect their rights in commercial contexts.

Carlos Stiben Velasco Castellanos nacio el 21 de abril del 2001.
Inicio en el año 2017 a gustarle el aleteo,etc.....
Empezo como Dj en febrero del  2018 lanzando sus primeros sets a la plataforma de SOUNDCLOUD & YOUTUBE.
Dandose a conocer en las comunas 9 & 10 como(Dj Cangrejo), tocando en (portatil y canaima), en privados y eventos pequeños.
Le empezo a llamar la atencion la (Produccion Musical) en Marzo del 2019. iniciando a producir en (portatil canaima).
En el Año 2020 comenzo a tocar en mexclador y a tener presentaciones en cabañas pool bares y eventos,etc.....

Flo O’Conor ("flocon") is a London-based Mix Engineer, Artist, and Record Label Owner (RAW Records) originally from Leeds UK, specialising in House, Bassline, Soul & Hip Hop. Active across songwriting, singing and mixing & mastering, flocon plays a role in various stages of the music production process.

Starting as a DJ in the 2010s, flocon performed alongside Cardinal Sound and supported artists such as Artful Dodger and Tanjo in venues across the UK. Previously running a fashion business, Flo returned to music in 2021, launching her own label ‘RAW Records’. Her self-mixed album “Love and Other Drugs” established her presence in the House and Bassline scene, with the song “Bad Boy” (a collaboration with Marky B) reaching over 6 million streams across platforms. flocon’s vocals (which she typically edits in a formant-shifted, pitched-up mixing style) have since been featured in a wide range of Electronic and Dance collaborations.

Based in London, flocon is advancing her technical skills with a Mix Engineering course and has upcoming collaborations with a diverse range of artists and producers. flocon’s music has been spotlighted on BBC Radio, Kiss FM, and Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday UK and Charva Night. She continues to evolve her artistry, designing her own cover art, and experimenting across genres and songwriting concepts.
