Cosmic Disco is somehow unstoppable, there are always good productions coming my way, but my heart is still attached to the tracks from the 90s, which have such a different charm and with which I certainly associate a lot. This old space track is representative of good old fusion music, which combined many styles. Reggae and disco, tribal and electronic. I always enjoy playing something like this, time to share it with you.

My Free Download Tracks are 16Bit WAVs by default and can be played on all common multimedia players. (Pioneer DJ or Denon DJ) If you prefer other formats please write me a message here on Soundcloud.
On request, I can also provide 32-bit WAVs or AIFFs for newer devices free of charge.

All uploaded Tracks are HQ and extra loud for streaming services from rekordbox and other DJ software. So you can stream in HQ for DJ sets.
However, the bitrate should be set to 320 kbps, which unfortunately only works with a soundcloud go+ account so far. Otherwise I advise against it, as the bitrate is then only 128 kbps.

Why can't I see any statistics?

This is about music. It should speak for itself. Statistics influence what happens because people pay attention to click numbers instead of listening to the music. I don't like this development. That's why the statistics are no longer visible.
My mixes should also appeal to people who see it the same way. Personality cults or fame have nothing to do with good music. They are part of the mainstream pop culture that I really dislike.

“A balanced path of light and dark is good practice in all things throughout life”. This train of thought resonates throughout Paul Jove’s career of 15+ years as a musician, producer and dj. He is a constant workhorse in the Bolivian electronic music scene with presentations on just about every week- end. Not only does he run and manage a successful vegan/vegetarian restaurant but he also runs Bolivia’s oldest and constant electronic music net label, San Pedro Music. He’s released his own music that spans from ambient acoustic to dance tracks as well as doing his share of remixing throughout the years. This solid commitment to the music scene has given fruit to shows, releases and presentations that range geographically from the Americas to parts of South East Asia.

Paul Jove is committed to a sound/performance that is not measured by mainstream acceptance but rather by the quality of music and interaction. This is truly reflected in the now active San Pedro Music releases, which not only feature Bolivian artists, but also various guests from different parts of the world.
Music is the circulating blood running through Paul Jove that will keep giving fruits later this year like his 2nd full-length album, which will be released on San Pedro Music. EP’s, singles and remixes are also in the near horizon on labels like Frequenza Records and HRBR (Saigon).
