This is ambient music utilizing mostly voice samples I made using Logic, Alchemy, and ElectraX.  I'm basically going voice-sample-crazy, using them for practically every instrument, which I've been meaning to do for years. Intention is to be sentimental and slightly disturbing. That would be a sign that it's breaking through our comfort zones. 

Custom made Alchemy synth preset features chopped up whispers by Lisa Claire Mitterer, homage to ASMR.

These tracks will eventually be on a new album.  Stand by for more on that.

ASMR Tragedy Lines - Surface 10

Recorded on my mobile netbook. A run through of some of the Pads from Vintage Himalaya for Camel Audio's Alchemy Software Synthesizer VST. Played and recorded in VST host SAVIHost www.hermannseib.com/english/savihost.htm No need to use your DAW.


First test: Vintage Pads sound library - sound design Himalaya, Soft Synth Alchemy from Camel Audio.

A quick and dirty recording to test the new install of Sonar Producer X3 in Win 8.  TH2 Overloud sounds basic to me but clean, body in the git tone seems to be missing.  Camel Space, Phat and Alchemy is nice as usual.  Phat used on Bass Git and Space as Exciter and Auto pan for Alchemy Synth's  Pad FX sound.  Concrete Limiter in the Pro Channel Module is doing a very good job. All gits recorded clean.

Infinite Cosmos

A quick looped effort using Logic Pro X and tweaking the Alchemy synth. All non percussive sounds are from the Alchemy Synth inside Logic. Stock Compressor and EQ, Valhalla Room DSP and Melda Production MTurboDelay for FX. Melda MLimiterX in the master strip. Quick Master using CloudBounce.

Created as a small celebration of my favourite recreational area, Tinnemyra. The place of many ideas and sketches.

This is a preliminary quick piano-tune that is recorded by Logic studio. I have used different soft synths and used my MicroKorg XL synthesizer as USB-keyboard.

I was born in Bergen, Norway, where I also live today. I love to compose music - mostly instrumental harmonic music. I have been doing this since 2008. For the most, I use software-synthesizers and I like the music to be progressive and not just repeat itself over and over without progression. Guitar and vocals for Norwegian blues/rock band Square One and Compagniet, Notodden.

Picked up the guitar at the age of 13. First influences were Bill Haley and the Comets and Carl Perkins. My family only owned one tape recorder and a collection of 6 MCs back then. Had some records, but the record player was broken. 

Later influences were Jimi Hendrix, Iron Maiden, Chet Atkins, S.R.V and many, many others. 

Love trying to play music from most genres. Always been fascinated by electronics, synthesizers, effects and what make things tick.
