11th Step Meditation

This song was hard to write and it is about a suicide attempt I did back when I was 17. My mother to this day doesn't know that I attempted suicide and few people do. Suicide is never the answer. Things seem bleak and dark when I attempted suicide, but they weren't a good enough reason to die. Thankfully I survived with little long term effects and am now comfortable talking about it to help those who are struggling. Hope the song talks to you. Thank you for listening.
