The Supermen Lovers (TSL) invites listeners into a timeless wave of sound, blending synths, samples, and live instruments. Launched into global fame with Starlight — a #1 hit in 20 countries and the most-played French track of 2001/2002 — TSL became a key figure in shaping the Nu Disco movement.

A graduate of the Paris Conservatory, he founded Lafessé Records in 1999, released early solo work under Stan de Mareuil, and later introduced The Supermen Lovers with the EP Underground Disco. He’s since been remixed by legends like New Order and Kylie Minogue and has toured the world’s clubs with his hypnotic, genre-blending sound.

His third album Between The Ages, featuring disco icon Rick Bailey (Delegation), dove deeper into analog synths, vocoders, and pianos. After composing for film, he returned with Body Double (2022), produced between Paris and Kyiv — a love letter to both cities and their musical scenes.

Now in 2025, a new chapter begins: a fifth album is on the way, and before that, Starlight returns… with a fresh, explosive interpolation. From whom? Stay tuned.

His aim, bringing the luxury of a killer bassline to every country he goes to.

Con sets en Rohstofflager, Hive y el legendario Dachkantine, Beda se ha hecho un nombre como selector consumado que guía al público a lo largo de la noche con sensibilidad y energía a partes iguales.

Sus raíces musicales se hunden en la cultura electrónica underground, influenciada por las primeras noches de Berlín y el palpitante corazón de Zúrich. Ya sea con oscuras vibraciones de almacén o con magia al aire libre, Beda sabe cómo transformar las salas en paisajes sonoros.

Drawing on both the past and present his mixes span across acid, guitar, cosmic, Italo, disco, rave and chug – all underpinned with driving basslines and a fair bit of bottom knocker.

'Budget Jones, formerly Kev Katchi and one half of Glasgow based duo Homebass DJ’s, cut his teeth in one of the most beloved club scenes in the world. As a resident of the iconic Arches in Glasgow and co-founder of his own venture at the world-renowned Sub Club, Kev worked alongside artists such as Denis Sulta, Stephan Bodzin, Hey Today! and Ellen Allien, sharing the hallowed booths with long-standing clubbing institutions like Optimo (Espacio), Pressure and Subculture. In this time Homebass DJ’s were also responsible for bringing one of the UK’s biggest sound systems to Glasgow (in the form of Elektrikal) and held a popular weekly residency in the city for over 6 years.

Now based between Barcelona and Helsinki, Kev's party portfolio continues to grow. His flagship club project 'Malo Disco' has become a regular fixture at some of Barcelona's favourite underground party spots and support from international artists like Gee Lane (Toytonics), Mona Lee (Kaoz Theory) as-well-as regular collaborations with some of the city's best-loved club brands, keep the project firmly on the city's musical landscape. As a DJ Kev boasts almost 2 decades worth of experience at his disposal. His approach to mixing is definitely rooted in his Glasgow club upbringing, drawing inspiration from every inch of the musical spectrum. From driving disco, uplifting afro-funk and classic house to 909-heavy acid beats, peak-time percussion and big room anthems, Kev's sets incorporate his eclectic taste for danceable music and oddities from around the world. His debut EP is due for release in 2024 and features a remix by house music legend Danny Mekanik of Candy Flip/Sure Is Pure/Soul Mekanik + Sound 5'
