Once upon a time, there was an island called Leisure. It was primarily inhabited by seniors and retirement homes, with only a small number of mid-aged or young people living there. Due to its remote location in the ocean off the continent, the island's economy was largely seasonal, thriving for half the year but being dormant for the other half. Do you think that public figures, celebrities, people of influence, people in leadership roles, people who have a large sphere of influence and impact, do you think that everybody loves them?

No, definitely not. 

How many people have you seen love to hate celebrities? So this is a little bit of like a growing up moment.

If you're going to be bigger, if you're going to have bigger exposure, if you're going to have greater impact, you're going to receive, you're going to run into this part of human nature, which is not fun, which may or may not have anything to do with you. 

I learned this a long time ago when I stepped up, when I would get my energetic upgrades, when I'd become greater, when I would create more, when I'd interconnect more, when I'd offer my gift more, show up more, however you want to call it, I'd be simultaneously in equal measures, loved and hated, criticized and praised, appreciated and tried to be taken down.

And the good news is when you start getting a lot of attack, it is an indication that you're becoming more powerful.

How to handle being powerful?

Are you projecting human qualities onto things that aren't human? Like talking animals?

We see a lot of anthropomorphized nature spirits in fairy tales and in children's books. So we're comfortable with the fairy where, we are comfortable with the garden gnome.

There's like a layer of what I would call positivity that we tend to put on nature spirits, which is fine. However, there's also a lot of nature spirits that aren't necessarily fairy tale material, right?

They're like the bog spirits and the stinky ones and the weird ones and all of that fungus and depth and rot and interconnectedness and darkness that exists in nature, will you have that?

Do you want to perceive the earth spirits? Because earth is deep, dark, and dank, right? The earth is full of all sorts of things. And there has to be, at some point, space for them to be what they are, not what you're comfortable with.

And that's what I would ask you to surrender is what you're comfortable with in favor of what they are.

Be the space for nature spirits to be who they are

¿Proyectas cualidades humanas a las cosas que no son humanas? ¿Como animales que hablan?

Vemos un montón de espíritus de la naturaleza antropomorfizados en los cuentos de hadas y libros infantiles. Así que nos sentimos cómodos con las hadas y también con los nomos de jardín.

Existe una especie de lo que yo llamaría positividad que solemos poner a los espíritus de la naturaleza, lo que está bien. Sin embargo, también hay un montón de espíritus de la naturaleza que no necesariamente forman parte del material de los cuentos de hadas, ¿verdad?

Son, por ejemplo, los espíritus de los pantanos y los apestosos y los raros, y todos esos hongos, profundidad y putrefacción, así como la interconectividad y oscuridad que existen en la naturaleza, ¿elegirás eso?

¿Deseas percibir los espíritus de la Tierra? Porque la tierra es profunda, oscura, fría y húmeda, ¿verdad? La tierra está llena de todo tipo de cosas. Y tiene que haber, en algún lugar, espacio para que esas cosas sean lo que son, y no aquello con lo que tú te sientes cómodo.

Yo te pediría que dejaras de lado aquello que te resulta cómodo a favor de lo que ellos son.

تشبه طبقه التي اسميها الايجابيه التي نميل أن نضعها في ارواح الطبيعه وهذا الامر عادي. ولكن هناك الكثير من ارواح الطبيعه التي ليست بالضروره من الجنيات أليس كذلك؟

إنهم مثل ارواح البوق وذات الروائح الكريهه والغريبه وكافه الفطريات والعمق والعفن تترابط والظلام المتواجد في الطبيعه هل تود ان تحصل على ذلك؟

هل تود ان تدرك ارواح الارض؟ لان الارض عميقه ومظلمه أليس كذلك؟ الارض مليئه بكافة انواع الاشياء. ويتوجب ان يكون لهم مساحه ليكونوا ما هم عليه وليس ما انت مرتاح له

وهذا الامر الذي أود أن أسألك أن تتخلى بما أنت مرتاح له بمقابل ما هم عليه
