British Indian Rock Artist, Maya Lakhani, is releasing her highly anticipated self-produced 3rd single “Nightfall” on Friday 21st January 2022 9AM.  Just like her previous singles; Maya wrote, recorded & produced this track entirely from her bedroom, performing all guitars & vocals.
“Nightfall” is a song inspired by bad habits and dark thoughts coming to light at night.  A time when vulnerability and darkness rise to the surface.  The chorus features the anthemic refrain “I am holding on when night falls, for my life”.

British Indian Rock Artist, Maya Lakhani, is making waves in the rock scene with her self-produced second single.  After the success of her debut single, “The Line”; which received extensive support from BBC Introducing, UK National stations Planet Rock (Wyatt Wendells) & Radio X (John Kennedy) and was featured in 3 Spotify Editorial playlists (All New Rock, New Noise, Fierce Femmes). Maya is excited to be releasing her highly anticipated follow up single “Walk Alone” on April 23rd 2021.

Maya was born into the rock scene having cemented her love for it since playing in bands from age 12.  With her previous bands, she played the likes of Rough Trade East, Isle of Wight Festival New Blood Competition as national finalist and headlined The Camden Assembly.  With all of this valuable experience, she is now ready to flourish as a solo artist.
