01: Intro to GAMETIME

Andy Zitzmann had an amazing corporate career, kicking butt and making tons of money for 12 years. After becoming a workaholic, Andy hit rock bottom and realized all he could do was turn his life around. He realized he was meant for so much more and has started The GAMETIME Movement to help others achieve their goals. Andy's Fiancé Leanna has worked with kids for years, and has learned how to instill hope and faith so that kids can grow up to be amazing high achieving adults. Leanna also shares the importance of health and fitness with others. Andy and Leanna and The GAMETIME Movement are creating a foundation and partnering with charities to Reach 1 million people and Raise $1 million and Give $1 million back to charities in 1 year.

When you grow, you can get it. Get what? Anything you want! Ask yourself: Are you focused on the result, or are you focused on what change it will take to get that result? If we are willing to change and grow we increase our chances of getting the results we want.

Smiling makes you feel good and brings happiness into your day. Smiling releases endorphins that turn our mood into happiness, and relieves stress which makes us healthier. So SMILE, today, and every day! Smiling is contagious, so share a smile with someone else. Remind yourself daily that in any moment, a smile can change your day, your mood, your life... as well as someone else's. It's simple, we know this, so let's just do it more. Smile :)

If we become what we think about most of the time, we should be thinking about positive things. If you find yourself focusing on negative things, flip your thoughts around to the possibilities, success, and visualizing what could happen.  

15: What Are You Thinking

Get yourself prepared to face the fear that we all know will happen at times. Here are 4 steps to friending your fear. Step 1. Face: Allow yourself a moment to slowdown and recognize your fear. Step 2. Embrace: Embrace all of the positive outcomes that could be from facing this fear. Step 3. Act: Have confidence, power and energy to conquer your fear. Write down actions, create a plan and take one immediate action to create momentum in your action of overcoming your fear. Step 4. Repeat: Fear is an emotion that never goes away, so repeat this process anytime fear hits. 

16: Friend Your Fear

Wether your relationship with yourself, your loved ones, or in business... relationships take work to make them grow and keep them healthy. 
Here are 5 things you can do to keep your relationships healthy: 
1. Communication: Always have scheduled check-ins.  
2. Honesty: Be honest with yourself and others in the relationship, and be in relationship with people who are honest you. 
3. Ask for Feedback: Always be asking how you are doing and what are the others needs. 
4. Express Your Needs: Make sure you are clearly expressing your needs in the relationship.  
5. Be Accountable: take ownership for your part in your relationships.

Hi, I’m Andy, Host of the GAMETIME with Andy Zitzmann Podcast & Founder of the GAMETIME Movement where I’m a Peak Performance Coach, Business Consultant, and Speaker.

I'm on a mission to help high achievers who have it all, but still want more, truly have it all! People who have had success and achieved great things, but find themselves unfulfilled and not living the life they know they are destined and intended to live. I help people get clear on their mission in life and business so that they can step up their game and live each day with purpose, passion and meaning.

My story is one of great professional and financial success accompanied by considerable personal failure and emptiness. You see, I was that guy who had it all, but still wanted more. I followed the path that many of us do, I worked hard, graduated from a top University, owned a small business, then went into the corporate world and worked for a Fortune 500 Company in High Tech Sales and Sales Management. I made very good money (more than I ever imagined) at a very young age. 

I had it all so-to-speak. While my bank was full and I had all I ever wanted in material things, my personal bank account was completely empty and I lost my identity. I became a workaholic in service to making money by day and eventually a very high functioning drug addict escaping my life by night and weekend. I was able to step up my game and show up for business and others, but I was choosing to not show up for my own life, health, relationships and all that makes life worth living. One may ask, "What profits a man if he gains the whole world, but loses his soul in the process."

Finally, I realized that, “Success without fulfillment is not really success at all.” After considerable personal failures with myself, my loved ones, ego, pride and addiction, I had a major awakening and started on a personal journey of self-discovery, recovery, redemption and rejuvenation. And in a very short period of time, I transformed and stepped up my life!

However, I woke up and realized I was not fulfilling my life’s purpose, so I left it all to go pursue the life of my dreams. I made a decision that I wanted my life to stand for something greater than just things and money. As a result, I created the GAMETIME Movement and Podcast, as well as GAMETIME Programs and Systems to inspire and coach high achievers to step up their game in life and business so they can truly have it all and accelerate their journey to fulfillment. 

I believe every moment is an opportunity for us to step up our games and that everyone is capable of stepping into their greatest purpose and power to transform their lives, careers, and businesses. I believe life is a gift given freely to us all. Please don't take any of it for granted like I did. Make it your time to step up, get clear, and take action…because you know… It’s Time, it’s YOUR Time… It’s GAMETIME!
