Auditrices et auditeurs, bonjour !Je suis Agenonga, chercheur  principal pour les Uélé. Bienvenue à ce 18e de Lolaka Ya Uélé, un podcast d’Ebuteli et du Groupe d’étude sur le Congo (GEC), réalisé dans le cadre du projet Utafiti ya Amani. Aujourd’hui, je reçois  Madame Grâce Nehema, députée nationale élue du territoire d’Ango. Elle est également présidente d’une organisation caritative.  Avec elle, nous analysons les facteurs qui expliquent la résurgence des attaques des groupes armés dans le territoire d’Ango (Bas-Uélé) et les enlèvements des enfants.Madame la députée, bonjour !Après une période d’accalmie relative, les violences reprennent dans le territoire d’Ango qui a été le principal épicentre des attaques de l’Armée de résistance du seigneur, LRA, depuis son incursion en mars 2009 dans le Bas-Uélé.Pourtant, en septembre 2023, le désarmement des combattants de ce mouvement était clôturé à Mboki en République centrafricaine (RCA) suscitant l’espoir d’un retour à la paix.Contre toute attente, depuis le mois de février, plusieurs villages ont été la cible des groupes armés qui ont incendié, le 14 mars, au moins 35 maisons et ont enlevé plus de 30 personnes dont la majorité était des jeunes adolescents
