For a radio show I created two trance mixes. Crafted for that moment when, after three hours of house, the broadcast shifted into a full hour of pure, cutting-edge trance. This recording captures that hour exactly as it happened, live and unfiltered.

Trance is music built on emotion and this mix is no exception. It embodies an era I look back on with a genuine smile, an era defined by energy, melody and everything that made the genre magic. This set starts easy with the anthem of "The FFWD Heineken Dance Parade" from 2000 but slowly builds up to the pure trance they were waiting for.

So sit back, turn it up, and enjoy this one-hour journey into the past. A true trance trip, the way it was meant to be.

"ARUNACHAL PRADESH". Situated in the north eastern part of India is 83,743 sq km in area and has a long international border with Bhutan to the west (160 km), China to the north and north-east (1,080 km) and Myanmar to the east (440 km). It stretches from snow-capped mountains in the north to the plains of Brahmaputra valley in the south. Arunachal is the largest state area wise in the north-eastern region, even larger than Assam which is the most populous in the north-east region of India.

"Arunachal Hamara" (Arunachal is Ours~) is a song written by 'Bhupen Hazarika'. Which appeared in the 1977 film named "Mera Dharam Meri Maa" and has become a de-facto state song for Arunachal Pradesh, India.
