This raises a big question: How do we keep innovation alive and kicking while preventing any single player from dominating the market? 🤔⚡

Here’s a bonus nugget for startups and innovators tuning in: Data sharing, when done right, can be a superpower! 💪 It opens doors for new players to compete and innovate against the giants. Keep a close watch on these data-sharing mandates—they might just be the equalizer you need to level the playing field. ⚖️🚀

Google will still pay device makers to preload its search engine and AI products, but exclusivity deals? Those are off the table now. This hits their strategy but isn’t a knockout punch. Google has raised concerns about privacy and service impacts but sees the ruling as a mixed bag—avoiding the chaos of breaking up Chrome or Android is definitely a win for them. 📱🔒
