گرفتی از من هر چی داشتم
دردی که بعد تو بزرگ شد
من اسمشو گندم گذاشتم

گندم که بی دونه نمیشه
پرنده بی لونه نمیشه
وقتی که قلبش جلد میشه
هیچ جا براش خونه نمیشه

من این درد و از هر طرف خوندمش درد شد
به کوه چی گفتم درختاش همه زرد شد
من بغض کردم دل آسمون بارید
انگار یه دنیا به دنیا بدهکاری

You pulled out every root I planted,
Took away everything I had.
The pain that grew after you —
I named it Gandom (wheat).

Wheat cannot live without seeds,
A bird cannot live without a nest.
When a heart gets caged,
Nowhere feels like home.

I sang this pain from every side, and it turned to pain again.
Whatever I told the mountain, its trees turned yellow.
I choked with tears, the sky began to rain —
As if the world itself owed a debt to life.
