Morning Swim

Up and Away was born in a late-night session where the arpeggiator seemed to take the lead—I just followed its rhythm,  keeping it minimalistic. Recording this was like riding a wave, both playful and pulsing, with each note offering a fresh sense of wonder. I invite you to experience this journey alongside me in this second track from my album, which explores the spontaneous magic of arpeggiator-driven music. Compared to my last piece, this one kept my feet tapping—a reminder that live music brings an energy you can feel. No edits, just raw, honest sound. Tiny BPM is a project rooted in nostalgia and curiosity. As a teenager, he spent late nights building dance tracks in bedroom software like Dance eJay — the kind of music that felt endless, emotional, and huge through cheap headphones.

Now, years later, he’s making music again, this time with AI involved in the process. He knows that can raise eyebrows. There’s a lot of rushed, empty generative music out there — but Tiny BPM isn’t trying to replace the human part. The aim is to recover a feeling, not automate it.

The sound lands somewhere between dance, ambient, and slow-burning progressive atmosphere — imperfect on purpose, nostalgic, and quietly hopeful.

Tiny BPM is less about genre and more about trying to reconnect with that teenage sense of wonder, using the tools available today.
